Fisher & Paykel’s CoolDrawer features a Variable Temperature Zone that lets users change between five different food modes: refrigerator, freezer, pantry, chill and wine. The compact upper storage tray is a suitable place for sensitive foods, such as peaches, cherries, cheeses and deli items, while the tall bin was created for large bottles and containers. Pantry Mode provides a solution for foods you didn’t previously know what to do with, and Wine Mode allows connoisseurs special settings that preserve and present wine at its optimum temperature. Chill Mode sets the compartment to a temperature for highly perishable meats, poultry and seafood while Freezer Mode is set at 0 F for long-term storage. Front panels and handles can be stainless steel or customized to match kitchen cabinetry.
