Each Indoor Fireplace Surround from Kindred Outdoors & Surrounds is created using a proprietary blend of limestone aggregates, minerals, natural pigments and special bonding agents. The material is applied by hand, layer-by-layer, which creates natural color and texture variations and ensures no two surrounds are exactly alike.
Skilled artisans execute a four-step finishing process by hand on each piece to create a highly authentic appearance which would normally only be found with natural carved limestone.
The Indoor Fireplace Surrounds include legs and a mantelpiece to frame the fireplace and elevate the room. They are available in four colors designed to represent the types of natural limestones found across France and other parts of Europe, including Black Sand, Aged Teak, Oak Barrel and Oyster Shell, and can be finished in either a smooth Honed or textured Travertine.
