Duravit North America is pleased to introduce Soleil by Starck, an intrinsic new collection designed by long-standing design partner, Philippe Starck. Drawing inspiration from the sea—both with its natural elements and restorative qualities—Soleil is a compact product range that exudes effortless elegance. The series spans washbasins, toilets and bathtubs, offering an excellent choice for bathroom projects at an attractive price point.

Drawing inspiration from the sea—both with its natural elements and restorative qualities—Soleil is a compact product range that exudes effortless elegance.

The collection’s distinctive features include gentle curves and flowing lines reminiscent of a dune formed by the wind. The result is a minimalist, organic design language that can be seen throughout the series through shape, texture and form.

    Washbasins
The inner basin of each washbasin evokes the silhouette of dunes formed by the wind. These gentle contours and flowing transitions create discreet spaciousness and are easy to clean at the same time. The well-balanced ratio of basin size, faucet deck shape and storage area make them perfect everyday companions. For a timeless design offered at market rate pricing, Soleil’s washbasins can be outfitted with Duravit’s D-Neo furniture series as well as other collections.

    Toilets
The wall-mounted toilet pairs perfectly with the DuraSystem in-wall tank & carrier. Equipped with HygieneFlush featuring Rimless Technology and HygieneGlaze antibacterial ceramic glaze, the Soleil toilet provides efficient flushing and optimum hygiene. The range also features a delicate, unobtrusive lid which closes quietly thanks to its soft closure feature.

    Bathtubs
Soleil’s freestanding oval tub also mirrors the slightly outlined outer edge of the washbasin for simple, efficient cleaning and a cohesive aesthetic. Made with DuraSolid material, the Soleil bathtub underlines the softness of the entire series.

With its relaxed aesthetic and attractive market ready price, this versatile new range by Philippe Starck expands the design possibilities in the bathroom.
