Fisher & Paykel is pleased to announce the appointment of Eli Winkler as chief operating officer—USA. Assuming leadership of this key market, Winkler will drive operational excellence, accelerate product innovation, and create profitable growth within the ultra-premium appliance market.
A seasoned leader with diverse functional experience and a passion for brands in the home and hospitality categories, Winkler joins the brand from Smith & Noble – a leading retailer of home decor – where he served as President. In this role, Winkler was instrumental in accelerating growth and innovation across the business with a focus on the premium market. With his extensive marketing background, including leadership roles at globally renowned brands such as Sur La Table and La-Z-Boy, Winkler brings critical experience in overarching business strategy and brand development to drive strong profits. His focus on consumer experience, data analytics and insights, and remaining ahead of market trends were key drivers in accelerating overall growth and innovation for those brands.
