The Vinyl Sustainability Council (VSC), a self-funded business council advancing sustainability in the vinyl industry, is pleased to welcome Mannington Mills as the council’s newest member. VSC membership is reserved for organizations taking a leadership role to advance sustainability throughout the vinyl industry.
“Mannington demonstrates its commitment to sustainability through its innovative product design, state-of-the-art processes, and industry-leading programs, and they continually look for ways to improve,” says Jay Thomas, executive director of the Vinyl Sustainability Council. “We look forward to collaborating with Mannington to help advance sustainability best practices for the vinyl industry.”
Mannington Mills is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of fine flooring. Founded in Salem, New Jersey, in 1915 by John Boston Campbell, Mannington is in its 5th generation of family ownership and is committed to domestic manufacturing. They manufacture and sell residential and commercial flooring under the Mannington, Mannington Commercial, Amtico, and Phenix brands.
