NYControlled, an educational trade show for lighting controls systems and products, will open its doors for the first time on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City.

The groundbreaking forum will expose the lighting industry, contractor trades, systems designers, and architecture professionals to the many control options and present how controls enhance nearly any space.

“NYControlled was conceived as a response to industry demand for product knowledge that explains and demystifies the truly remarkable number of options in cutting-edge controls technologies” says Shoshanna Segal, president of the IESNYC.

Amy Ruffles, president DLFNY comments, “We’re excited to host innovative controls conversations that will advance the work of lighting solutions providers, specifiers, electrical engineers, integrators and end users throughout North America.”

Attendees will gain a better understanding of industry trends through accredited classes and technical training offered by state-of-the-art manufacturers. NYControlled will address the specification of controls and identification of the best approach for the project, protocol-specific costs and benefits, and the latest energy code requirements and foreseeable upcoming energy code trends.
