Marvin, a manufacturer of premium windows and doors, has hired Sarah Aronovici in the new role of vice president of information technology transformation and operations. In this role, Aronovici will lead Marvin’s enterprise business technology needs, infrastructure and cybersecurity services while helping to transform the company’s IT operations for short- and long-term success.

Aronovici has more than two decades of systems planning, strategy and leadership experience, having served in leadership roles for several Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Aronovici was responsible for McCormick & Co.’s strategy and IT operations, where she honed her expertise in infrastructure, service desk, collaboration suite and applications.

“Sarah’s extensive experience across multiple industries paired with her background in IT and team building is an invaluable asset to Marvin,” said Marvin Chief Digital Officer Rick Johnson. “As we continue our digital transformation journey, Sarah’s expertise will guide our path forward and our ability to efficiently scale and support these critical systems.”

In addition, Aronovici will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Marvin’s data, advanced analytics and emerging technology solutions to support cross-functional business insights.

“I’m eager for the opportunity to contribute to a legacy brand that is pursuing the latest technology to support rapid innovation,” said Aronovici. “As Marvin continues to drive product and systems advancements for its customers and employees, it’s an exciting time to join an organization that is thoughtfully planning for the future while simultaneously improving today’s delivery.”

Marvin operates in 18 cities across North America and is ranked No. 19 on Forbes magazine’s America’s Best Large Employers, an exclusive list of the nation’s top places to work with more than 5,000 employees.
