Duravit USA Inc. is pleased to introduce Aurena, a complete new bathroom collection by the award-winning designer Antonio Citterio. Inspired by the Golden Ratio, an architectural formula for aesthetic harmony, Citterio’s bathroom designs impress with perfectly balanced proportions and precise contours to create clear, timeless silhouettes. The series’ curated selection of fresh finishes bridge Italian elegance with a touch of modern, industrial style. Aurena is an ideal choice for high-end bath projects, from luxury residential to boutique hospitality; it includes a freestanding bathtub, wall-mounted toilet, sinks, mirrors with integrated lighting, and furniture options all within one design series.

    Ceramics
Featuring a sleek, visually striking design and several practical features, the Aurena ceramic sinks bring a perfectly proportioned surface to the washing area. The design introduces integrated dividers and precise, elegant contours creating the ideal home for bathroom accessories. Spacious inner basins, ample storage and a stainless steel finished aluminum profile frame with integrated towel holder combine with the vanity unit – elements that fit perfectly together.

Defined by soft, organic lines, the freestanding bathtub is made from Duravit’s new mineral cast material DuroCast Plus. It features a clean, minimal design with generous soaking depth at 17 ½ inches, a double backrest slope and center drain orientation. Details like the bathtub’s beveled edge and distinctively smooth touch add to the design’s overall luxurious look and feel.

The series’ wall-mounted toilet and soft close toilet seat complement the collection with an elegant, modern profile. Premium performance features include Duravit’s HygieneFlush and Rimless technology for ultra-efficient water flow and flushing capabilities. The brand’s latest innovation, a 2-in-1 ceramic glaze called HygieneGlaze Plus, provides maximum protection, eliminating 99.9% of bacteria and ensures a smooth, easy to clean surface.

    Furniture
Focused on pure, precise forms as well as functionality, Citterio designed furnishings that offer ample storage and practical solutions to tailor the bathroom to personal routines. Aurena vanity units and consoles feature highly considered proportions and contours to complement the washing area. A shelving console made entirely of aluminum offers open storage space which is complemented by two centrally placed drawers on the double sink console. Also offered in the Aurena range are closed vanity cabinet alternatives with two drawers. Rounding out the category, the series’ oval mirror includes concealed LED lighting for extra illumination and ambience in the bathroom.

    Materials
Citterio’s skillful balance of color and material shines across the Aurena collection creating ample customization opportunities. For furnishings, multiple design-forward finishes seamlessly match various interiors. The collection’s ceramics complement this color palette and are available in White High Gloss, White Satin Matte, and Black Matte. Accents of brushed stainless steel, a surface finish in the metal elements of the furniture, add a contemporary edge. Bath accessories from the Duravit Starck T range, designed by Philippe Starck, are the ideal accompaniment.

All of the ceramics in the Aurena collection are engineered with Duravit’s new HygieneGlaze Plus technology, an advanced surface treatment that ensures clean, long-lasting beauty and a pristine finish with minimal effort.
