ODL Inc. is reinforcing its commitment to home safety and security with an expanded lineup of products designed to provide enhanced protection for homeowners year-round. Whether preparing for storm season or ensuring everyday security, ODL’s latest innovations offer durability, performance, and peace of mind.

Fire-rated Doors for Enhanced Home Safety

ODL’s expanded offerings include 20-minute fire-rated fiberglass doors, certified with the Warnock Hersey Mark and designed to meet most national and local code requirements for multifamily and residential house-to-garage entries. Rigorously tested to withstand fire exposure at temperatures exceeding 1,400 F, these doors feature a Category B positive pressure rating without a hose stream.

Built with an enhanced 4-inch full-length engineered lumber lock stile, ODL’s fire-rated doors provide increased rigidity and security. Their fiberglass construction resists dents, scratches, and rust, ensuring durability in high-traffic environments. Available in 6-foot, 8-inch heights with a Satin Smooth texture, these doors come in a variety of embossment styles and finishesfrom ODL’s Estate and Shaker Collections.

Keystone Impact-rated Frame: Strength Meets Innovation

ODL’s Keystone frame is a uPVC (vinyl) impact frame with a contemporary flat profile and no visible screw plugs. Engineered to meet the highest impact building code standards, it is certified for High Velocity Hurricane Zones (HVHZ) and Wind-Borne Debris (WBD) regions. Keystone carries a +/- 60 PSF rating for superior storm protection.

Wind-borne Debris Certified Doors: Built to Withstand the Elements

ODL is proud to announce that both 6-foot, 8-inch and 8-foot fiberglass doors in the Estate, Shaker, and Flush Glazed Door collections have received Wind-Borne Debris (WBD) certification for Boxed System configurations. These doors are designed to withstand wind forces up to DP65 for 6-foot, 8-inch opaque doors and DP50 for glazed doors, providing homeowners with additional security and resilience in extreme weather conditions.
