All Weather Insulated Panels Launches Customer Loyalty Program

All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has launched IMPpro, a customer loyalty program designed to support and elevate its dealer network through tools and resources. Each program level provides tailored benefits to help members succeed.

Top partners can earn membership in any of the program’s four categories—President’s Club, Platinum, Gold and Silver—with value-added benefits included in each tier.

President’s Club partners achieve benefits ranging from co-branded marketing materials and public bid lead generation support to two complimentary Vision Packages, the 25-year standard weather tightness and paint warranty, two all-expenses-covered IMPpro training sessions and more. Each of the other tiers include a subset of these rewards.

“At AWIP, we value our partners and make it a priority to give back to them as a thank you for their support,” said AWIP vice president of sales Joe Paparella. “Our new IMPpro customer loyalty program works to achieve that goal by providing our dealer network with both incentives and rewards as they advance through the program’s tiers.”

As part of the program, AWIP is also offering training for authorized installers to equip them with the expertise required to install AWIP’s insulated metal panels (IMPs).

Led by AWIP field-services manager Bill Lohsen, the hands-on training program covers wall and roof panels, OneDek roof deck systems and ensures that attendees gain both practical and real-world experience. Upon completion, participants receive a five-year credential.

“One of the most crucial aspects of any construction process is that projects stay on-time and on-budget, and proper installation plays a major role in that,” said Lohsen. “AWIP’s new IMPpro program ensures that all participants will be well-equipped to efficiently install our IMPs to streamline upcoming projects.”

Sessions are available throughout the year at AWIP’s three facilities in East Stroudsburg, Pa.; Little Rock, Ark.; and Vacaville, Calif. Training will rotate between locations on a quarterly basis.
