Greenheck’s new Model IVE energy recovery ventilator is designed for indoor installation and offers electric preheat and post-heat up to 25 kW. It features a compact 3-inch polymer enthalpy wheel that achieves up to 85 percent effectiveness. Model IVE can be installed in tight spaces like a mechanical room, attic, or basement, with modular construction that fits through a 30-inch door and can be ceiling-hung.

Model IVE is also configurable for end or side discharge and can access ducts through either the left or right side. It delivers 500 – 2,400 cfm of airflow with a direct drive plenum fan and is available in either an 18-inch or 23-inch height. Ideal applications for Model IVE include:

    • Applications where 100 percent outdoor air is needed, such as schools and hospitals
    • Buildings with roof constraints, such as a pitched roof
    • High-rise buildings that can install Model IVE on different floors
    • Retrofits to improve indoor air quality (IAQ)
    • Decarbonization initiatives
