Simpson Strong-Tie has been recognized by David Weekley Homes as a winner of the builder’s 21st annual National Preferred Partner Survey. The award honors partners that have exceeded expectations during the previous year and have consistently operated at world-class levels for quality and customer service.

“At David Weekley Homes, we’re grateful to have incredible National Preferred Partners who consistently exceed expectations,” said John Schiegg, vice president of Purchasing and Supply Chain Services for David Weekley Homes. “With these valued partners providing high-quality products and services, we’re able to deliver on our brand promise to provide the best in design, choice and service to our customers.”

To identify the honorees, David Weekley Homes’ team members responded to quarterly surveys, and the evaluation process involves a comprehensive system of feedback and discussion. Companies that receive the highest scores throughout the year earn the National Preferred Partners Award.

“Everyone at Simpson Strong-Tie prides themselves on providing high-quality products alongside unparalleled customer service. It’s an honor to see those efforts pay off — living up to our core values while helping one of our customers do the same,” said Nate Johnston, vice president of National Accounts for Simpson Strong-Tie. “Our relationship with David Weekley Homes goes back a long time, and to know that we’re continuing to meet and exceed their expectations and are making a difference in their business means a lot to all of us.”

Out of 118 partners evaluated, 12 manufacturers and 12 field partners were recognized as a National Preferred Partner by David Weekley Homes in 2025. It is the 19th time Simpson Strong-Tie has been named a National Preferred Partner.
