VT Industries announced that Ryan Clausen and Aaron Clausen have been named as co-presidents of VT Industries, Inc. As co-presidents, Ryan and Aaron will have responsibility for the company’s operating units across North America and all corporate functions. Ryan and Aaron will continue to lead the business as the third generation, honoring their family’s legacy while driving innovation and growth into the future.
Ryan Clausen has been a key leader within the organization, holding a variety of leadership roles across the business. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of the Countertop Division, where he led a $31.1 million manufacturing investment to support long-term growth and operational scalability. Under his leadership, the division launched several strategic, retail-focused initiatives that significantly expanded its market presence. Ryan’s deep industry knowledge, combined with his forward-thinking approach, continues to drive innovation and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
Aaron Clausen most recently served as Vice President of Operations for the Architectural Wood Door Division, where he was instrumental in advancing operational performance and efficiency.Over his tenure, he served in numerous leadership capacities across diverse functions and product lines, developing broad cross-functional expertise. Aaron successfully led several site-level ERP implementations and is currently overseeing the company’s largest manufacturing expansion to date – demonstrating his commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Doug Clausen, whose leadership as President elevated VT Industries to an industry-leading position, will serve as Chairman. Under his guidance, the company expanded its focus on qualify craftsmanship, innovation and technological advancement.
