Wood Pro Expo (WPE) Lancaster is preparing for its 2025 event, which is set to build on the success of last year’s show. The 2024 event saw a 10 percent increase in attendance, demonstrating its importance to the regional woodworking community, even with a larger national show taking place just two months earlier.
WPE Lancaster, staged annually in the heart of hardwoods country, is the only woodworking exposition and conference for professional woodworkers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Attendees travel from states including New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, and Massachusetts, highlighting the event’s unique draw beyond its strong Pennsylvania base.
This is not a consumer show. WPE Lancaster is a professional-only event designed to connect sellers with serious buyers. Hundreds of qualified woodworking professionals will be on the show floor actively seeking leading-edge technology, the latest materials, and essential supplies to improve and grow their businesses.
The 2025 event features dedicated opportunities for exhibitors to showcase their products, including:
- Running Machine Pavilion: This pavilion, limited to six exhibitors, is for companies showcasing CNC machines, edgebanders, and other large woodworking equipment.
- Classic Machine Pavilion: This pavilion, dedicated to standard production floor equipment, is already sold out.
The event will be held at Spooky Nook Sports, the USA’s largest indoor sports complex, which is connected to the Warehouse on the Nook hotel.
In addition to the expo, a daily conference program will offer a variety of topics, including Exit and Succession Planning, a Pricing Workshop, and Building Your Bench: Recruiting, Motivating, and Retaining Talent. The show will also feature free daily keynote
presentations.
