With a continued commitment to excellence, Brava recognizes and honors architects who have elevated roofing into an architectural centerpiece of the project. This year’s four winning residential projects showcase the transformative use of Brava’s synthetic roofing materials and were selected for their exceptional installation quality, aesthetic impact, and ability to enhance the overall appeal of each structure.
The 2025 Brava Roof Tile Architectural Award winners are as follows:
- The Up Studio, based in Long Island, N.Y., for the installation of a Cedar Shake roof in the color Lake Forest on a luxury home. The “Victory Lap” project in Old Westbury, NY project honors environmental harmony by maximizing floor area and preserving the site’s mature trees.
- Dreambuilt, based in Greensboro, Ga., for the installation of a Cedar Shake roof in the color Lake Forest. Designed and rebuilt after a lightning fire, the luxury lakefront home features timeless craftsmanship and modern materials to protect against Georgia’s climate.
- Further Architecture, headquartered in Wilton, Conn., for a Cedar Shake roof in the color Canyon Gray. The project is a restoration of the historic Cole-Nichols home, featuring refinished and repainted siding, new windows and doors, and repaired and refinished barns to match the new synthetic roofing by Brava.
- Still Architecture, headquartered in Westfield, Ind., for the installation of a Cedar Shake roof in the color Canyon Gray. Designed as part of the Home-A-Rama showcase, the new build features dramatic roof forms with low-maintenance materials.
