Rinnai America Corporation, a North American manufacturer of innovative, energy-efficient tankless water heaters, has announced that Steve Voss has joined the company as vice president of Sales and is the newest member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
Rinnai has made significant investments in recent years to support the company’s growth in the North American market. In his new role as Vice President of Sales, Voss will develop and execute the organization’s sales strategies to drive growth in current and opportunity business segments with its growing portfolio of residential and commercial comfort solutions.

Prior to joining Rinnai America, Voss held leadership positions across sales, account management, product management, channel marketing, and eCommerce. Voss spent 16 years with Fortune Brands Innovations, most recently serving as General Manager for the company’s Outdoors business unit. Voss holds a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.
