    Kawneer is proudly expanding its industry-leading OptiQ window portfolio with the release of the new OptiQ Offset Fixed/Projected Series Window. With a single contiguous frame comprising a fixed lite on top and an offset operable vent or fixed lite underneath, the system delivers the look of a single-hung window with higher performance and easier operation.

    This new product meets ultra-thermal needs with exceptional built-in thermal intelligence, achieving a U-factor of 0.35 in projecting configurations and 0.36 in its fixed configuration with standard 1-inch glass/COG 0.24. The innovative design of the latest OptiQ window delivers a high-performing seal that improves energy efficiency, air quality and sound insulation. Providing ultimate flexibility for new-build and retrofit applications, Kawneer’s OptiQ Offset Fixed/Projected Series Window offers oversize capabilities up to 5- by 10-feet tall, ribbon window capabilities and beveled and non-beveled options. 

    Product highlights include:

    • Fixed and projecting configurations
    • Overall system U-factor as low as 0.35 in projected configurations and 0.36 in fixed configuration
    • Polyamide thermal barrier system to optimize thermal continuity, thermal transmission and interior heat management
    • High-performing seal for improved air, water and acoustic performance
    • AW-65 design pressure performance
    • 4 5/8-inch (117.5-mm) depth
    • Oversize capability up to 5 by 10 feet
    • Interior and exterior dual-finish options
    • Arrives onsite fully fabricated for faster installation
