Knauf Insulation North America (Knauf) has announced that Matt Parrish has decided to step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer at the end of June, following seven years of transformative leadership.
During his tenure, Parrish led a remarkable evolution of the company. Under his guidance, Knauf nearly doubled in size, strengthened its strategic market position, and achieved record results. These achievements reflect Parrish’s commitment to driving excellence and to the people who support the organization’s success.
“We are immensely grateful for Matt’s leadership, dedication, and the lasting impact he has made on the company,” the Board of Directors stated. “We wish him every success in the next chapter of his career.”
To ensure a seamless transition, the Board has appointed Bill Matthias as interim CEO. Matthias has served as KINA’s Chief Financial Officer for the past five years and brings extensive institutional knowledge to the role. The Board will begin the process to identify a permanent successor following Parrish’s departure.
Through the end of June, Parrish will work closely with Matthias, the Board, and the executive leadership team to ensure organizational continuity and stability.
