    Webinar Will Discuss Intelligent Water Management for Multifamily Properties

    Nexa by Watts will host a live webinar, “From Liability to Asset: Intelligent Water Management for Multifamily,” on Thursday, July 30, at 2 p.m. ET which will offer insights on how to create smarter, more efficient water management strategies for multifamily buildings.

    During the webinar, Nexa’s industry experts will discuss how multifamily stakeholders can identify and address water-related risks while uncovering opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Attendees will gain knowledge on where technologies like leak detection, submetering, and system monitoring can offer the greatest return on investment.

    The session will also review strategies for different property types and project scopes like apartments versus condominiums and retrofit versus new construction applications.
