Westlake Royal Building Products and Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio are celebrating a significant milestone: the 400th Ohio home supported through their more than 20-year partnership. Through ongoing donations of siding and trim products, Westlake Royal has helped Habitat MidOhio expand access to safe, affordable homeownership for hundreds of families across Central Ohio.
To commemorate the milestone, Westlake Royal donated siding products for the home on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026.

The 400th home is a 1,188-square-foot, two-story, three-bedroom, two-bathroom single-family residence. Westlake Royal donated and installed Exterior Portfolio’s Parkview™ Double 4” Dutchlap vinyl siding in Canyon, complemented by Portsmouth Shake Double 7” Cedar Shingles in Espresso on the front upper gable. Together, these products provide a durable, low-maintenance exterior designed to enhance the home’s appearance and long-term performance.

Since the partnership began in 2002, Westlake Royal has donated siding materials for 400 Habitat MidOhio homes. Beyond providing exterior materials for new home construction, Westlake Royal’s contributions also help advance Habitat MidOhio’s broader housing initiatives, including its critical home repair program that assists existing homeowners throughout Central Ohio.
