FHC Makes Donation to the National Glass Association Foundation

Frameless Hardware Company (FHC), a manufacturer and distributor of precision hardware solutions for the glass and glazing industry, announced a $200,000 donation to The National Glass Association Foundation, reaffirming the company’s long-standing and deeply held commitment to the growth, vitality, and future of the glass and glazing professions.

“FHC’s generosity is nothing short of transformational for The NGA Foundation and for the young men and women whose careers will be shaped by this investment,” says Lakisha A. Woods, President & CEO, The National Glass Association & NGA Foundation.

“When a company with FHC’s standing in the industry steps forward and says ‘the next generation matters to us’ — it sends a message that resonates far beyond any dollar amount. We are deeply grateful for their partnership and their vision.”

“At FHC, we have always believed that the strength of our industry is measured not just by the products we make, but by the people we develop. The glass and glazing trades offer extraordinary careers — careers built on skill, precision, and craftsmanship — and they deserve the same investment and recognition as any other profession,” says Chris Hanstad, President and CEO, Frameless Hardware Company. “Our support of the NGA Foundation is one of the most important things we do as a company, and we are proud to deepen that commitment with this gift.”

    About the Donation
The NGA Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the National Glass Association, the leading trade association representing the $100 billion glass, window, and door industry in North America.

Since its founding, the Foundation has worked to build a stronger, more diverse, and more skilled workforce by connecting aspiring professionals with the education, training, and financial support they need to build lasting careers in the trades.

FHC’s $200,000 donation to the NGA Foundation will be directed toward the organization’s highest-priority workforce initiatives, including industry scholarships; workforce pipeline programs, such as outreach to high school students and underrepresented communities; apprenticeship and trades training; career development resources; and industry awareness and advocacy efforts to elevate the perception of the skilled trades. In a field where the demand for skilled glaziers, fabricators, and installers continues to outpace supply, investments of this magnitude play a critical role in ensuring the industry’s long-term health.
