Brunner, an independent integrated marketing agency, recently announced a strategic partnership with the Home Improvement Research Institute (HIRI), a leading non-profit research organization in the home improvement industry. Brunner was chosen to serve as a founding member of HIRI’s Strategic Partner Program – a program designed to foster collaboration across organizations – and will deliver home improvement and building product marketing insights to benefit HIRI members.
“Brunner’s partnership with HIRI will allow us to couple our marketing expertise and data trends with their macro industry trend research,” said Kristen Taggert, Vice President of Integrated Marketing Communications at Brunner. “Together, our combined strength will ultimately help educate HIRI members and arm them with tailored research and insights to provide impactful marketing solutions to better reach their customers.”
Brunner is known for keeping its finger on the pulse of the home and building industry and shifting market conditions that will ensure its clients’ marketing strategies deliver on their business goals. Clients, such as Great Southern Wood Preserving (YellaWood), Owens Corning Roofing, Rinnai, and The Home Depot Rental have all leveraged Brunner’s expertise to anticipate and adapt to market changes. Using this deep knowledge of the home improvement industry, Brunner and HIRI will develop marketing insights for the industry, covering topics such as creating an impactful brand, turning contractors into brand advocates, and DIY project outlooks.
“Brunner shares our same mission to make a positive impact in the home improvement industry,” said Dave King, executive director of HIRI. “They are in the trenches working with leading clients in our space, so they have insight and marketing expertise that can bring a ton of value to our HIRI members.”
As a member of HIRI’s Strategic Partner Program, Brunner will collaborate with HIRI to develop a series of influential home-related content including blogs, webinars, and the opportunity to present during HIRI’s annual summit – which offers members a comprehensive understanding of what companies should do to stay ahead of the changes impacting home improvement.
