All Weather Architectural Aluminum has named Tim McCleery the new manager of Product Development and Engineering. McCleery will be responsible for developing and executing All Weather’s New Product Development strategy.

McCleery has more than 25 years of experience in the fenestration industry, including the last eight years as the senior design engineer at LaCantina Doors where he focused on new product development and innovation. McCleery was instrumental in leading the successful launch of the recently released V2 Folding Door.

As one of the leading manufacturers of exceptional custom aluminum windows and doors, All Weather recognizes the significance of introducing new and innovative products to the market.

“The core of our company strategy is to develop new amazing products that will fuel our growth,” says Sarah Harper, president of All Weather “We are excited to have Tim lead our New Product Development and Engineering team and bring our new product strategy to life.”

Meanwhile, the company has named Donna Esposito as its sales manager and a member of its leadership team. Her role will be crucial for All Weather to meet its goals for significant growth over the next five to 10 years.

An industry veteran, Esposito began her career with All Weather and embraces the company’s culture and lives its core values. She has over 30 years’ experience leading sales teams at companies, including Simonton, Ply Gem, Altera and Cascade. She has worked on both the residential and commercial sides of the business and has extensive experience in New Product Development.

“We are excited to welcome Donna back and have her career come full circle,” says Harper. “She brings proven techniques to develop a high performing sales team and experience growing territories, as well as strong relationships with many dealers in the regions we serve. “
